To realize the life of Jesus, as we will be exploring at our Epiphany retreat this year, is to bring the story of Jesus vividly to life in ourselves. We will learn together from pastors at City Church and Cherith Nordling, our guest teacher and an Associate Professor of Theology at Northern Seminary.
On the retreat, we will explore questions about Jesus' life and his connection with God. How can we, human beings with all too many flaws and doubts, work toward the intimacy that Jesus shared with his Father? How can we realize Jesus' life in our own lives? And how can we be so attuned to the Holy Spirit that we live a life of constant prayer and gratitude?
Join us overnight February 1st and 2nd as we talk about these questions and seek to align our hearts with the heart of Jesus. (And don't worry; you'll be home in time for the Super Bowl on Sunday afternoon.) We'll be staying at the beautiful Marconi Conference Center on Tomales Bay in Marin, and there is childcare available.
