With the school year underway, we are launching our sixth year of mentorship at El Dorado Elementary School. The Kids Hope Mentoring Program pairs a caring adult with a child struggling academically, behaviorally or socially to help build self-esteem and a learning spirit. Mentors spend an hour each week with their student working on homework, social skills or playing games. We are looking for individuals who want to be a positive force in the life of a child.
